Myspyer.com claims to allow paying members access to private (Myspace, Facebook, Friendster, ect., ) profiles. Once I paid the $19.99 fee, their was supposed to be a direct link to download the latest version, yet the download failed. I soon realized this was a scam, & sadly I wasn't the only unfortunate victim. I plan to report this fake company to the BBB, yet the damage is already done. My surgeon and I both received a letter from Medica - United Health Care that stated that I was approved for an open roux-en-y surgery that was good from 12-31-2008 - 12-31-2009. Thrifty Cars, not the rental company, in Clearwater must be put in the spotlight for terrible service to its customers. I was asked to leave my vehicle( my only vehicle ) for maintenance under dealer warranty. I was told that the mechanic will see my vehicle that day and fix the starter problem and transmission leak. I ordered a repair on my ECU car computer. They immediately charged my credit card. I sent in my broken ECU as instructed and then no contact. They don't respond to email and you can't get through to a person. All calls go to voicemail and nobody ever calls back. Now I'm out $259.00 and don't even have my original ECU. By the way, the website will not work correctly and charge your credit card then give an error. You won't even know your card was charged until you get the confirmation email. I ordered a free Grant CD, on 3/2/09 and authorized them to charge $1.98 for the shipping. Since then they've charged my credit card for $69.95 twice (once in March and once on June 1st). I had the misfortune of buying a house through these guys. If you say that you are dissatisfied with their service they send you argumentative emails saying that they "take offence" to your comments and that you don't have the right to tell people not to use them! Every telephone conversation takes an hour longer than it should to get to the point, they don't listen to basic requests and have zero interest in actually providing the customer service that their website promises. I went to Aspen last year because I had some teeth that had been crowned and had broken under the crown. Of course I had to have x-rays and cleaning before they would even look at me. This company should not be in business. They break the collection laws everyday. They call you saying they are from the "legal dept". They are debt collectors and by law have to say this. They will also tell you they can sell your belongings at auction. By law they can not do this. They say they will get a summons against you, this is just a threat. I have a declined transaction on my banking statement saying that i ordered this product and never did. I believe I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this transaction.
