Once I paid the $19.99 fee, their was supposed to be a direct link to download the latest version, yet the download failed. My surgeon and I both received a letter from Medica - United Health Care that stated that I was approved for an open roux-en-y surgery that was good from 12-31-2008 - 12-31-2009. I ordered a repair on my ECU car computer. They immediately charged my credit card. I sent in my broken ECU as instructed and then no contact. They don't respond to email and you can't get through to a person. All calls go to voicemail and nobody ever calls back. Now I'm out $259.00 and don't even have my original ECU. By the way, the website will not work correctly and charge your credit card then give an error. You won't even know your card was charged until you get the confirmation email. If you say that you are dissatisfied with their service they send you argumentative emails saying that they "take offence" to your comments and that you don't have the right to tell people not to use them! This company should not be in business. They break the collection laws everyday. They call you saying they are from the "legal dept". They are debt collectors and by law have to say this.
