I tried to contact to cancel Res-Veratrol Ultra to cancel future shipments. The company, however, does not provide an address to use to stop sending additional shipments. Like another complain here, the site for buying Adobe Photoshop redirected me to the software-hq.net site. There was an offer to sign up for 3 years to use the product (Adobe Photoshop) for $12.65 for a total of $37.95. It stated that the instructions will be sent to me in an email. I was able to download the Adobe Photoshop however the email with instructions never arrived. I paid with PayPal and I will dispute it and hopefully get my money back. I bought my irish jack russell terrier from Susan Serao at Violet Meadow Farm and have had to deal with many health issues since bringing him home. June 2009. I was just screwed by this company too. I ordered a beaded curtain, charges were immediately applied to my credit card ($113), and I never received the curtain. They promised to credit my card, but they never did. I have threatened filing a class action lawsuit - I don't know if I can, but I will consider it if it's possible. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and will file with the Better Business Bureau. They are the biggest crooks I have ever seen. They predatory lend on in house car loans, put bogus information in your closing paper that isn't legal my any means. They also will reposse your car if you are a day late even if you make pay arrangements to pay it the next day. Even if you pay half or mostly all of it on the due date, they will still repo your car, stating "that it is because of the $10.00 late fee"...what a bunch of crap...They cannot do this and don't let them get away with it. We had this process put on our home in May 2003. Since then the colors have faded. That I could live with, but now the trim on the windows has cracked and peeling. It looks awful. On the siding on the north side there are some cracking places also. Apparently this company has gone out of business.
