This company states it charges $78/per to check out a problem with your car and waives it if they do the repair. Didn't believe them. According to a manufacturers. rep my car problem would have cost about $15 for the part and $50 in labor, Merideth charges $135.00. There is no way to verify their hourly rate. I too try using them and they did not deliver on what they had on their website and to be honest they were always changing there site if not weekly at least every two weeks. They had a credit card scam going for $15 'processing fee) you will get your approve card in 4-6 weeks. I moved out before my lease was up due to on-going noise problems that were never resolved. I made numerous recordings from inside my apts with all windows and doors closed. I have purchased not 1, not 2, but 3 Rowenta irons since 2002. The first 2 irons that stopped working I blamed on my son who was home from college using it each time. This third iron, a model DX6900 has a short in the power cord that goes into the iron. I can some time wiggle the cord to get the iron to power on. Today, it is completely not working. I had five payments left on my car when I lost my job. My so-called Honda account rep Kemeesha kept telling me to clean out the car because it was going to get towed. She even told me that she was going to come get it herself! The funny thing was that when I called Honda (and avoided her), her coworkers told me that the car was not going to get towed. I was still making payments (albeit late and not enough), and it wasn't worth it for them to tow the car. Then some of the web designers that worked "supposed" for this company started emailing us that their boss' screwed them and they lost their jobs.
