I placed an order on May 19, 2009 for a total of $84.76. I selected 3-5 business day UPS delivery. My order was processed and completed by Thursday May 21, 2009, my credit card was charged as well. I contact this company if they did ship pakages to Mexico and they told me that thye ship worldwide. I paid them almost $480.00 and I took the item to Chicago into a port. It was a 65 Hp boat motor. they told that was the total price. when the motor was in Mexico they start to applied more charges. they said $1, 800 pesos they told my dad. Investools does not tell you the entire cost of the program up front. They lure you in with the lower sub $500 price point, then soon after make you realize that you won't benefit from the offering unless you pay upwards of $4k-10k dollars. The thing is, you have already ponied up the $500 and have no way to get your money back. Basically investools pulls the bait and switch scheme. At 6:37 I swiped my card in an ATM operated by GCA at Harrahs and the transaction seemed to be fine but the ' please remove cash' message remained on the screen for about a minute with no cash dispensed. A message then came on telling me the transaction couldn't be completed and I would not be charged for the amount. I have been trying to get a hold of Mathew Kline the salesman who sold me my outdoor kitchen for months. I finally did get him to deliver the order May 25. He delivered the kitchen components which looked good, but the grill has a big dent on the hood, is missing the rotisserie, and is set up for natural gas when I requested propane. I went to CVS in Boston and noticed that they had Organix shampoo and conditioners that have a Try Me for Free Rebate up to a $6.99 value, you pay just for the tax. I sent all requested material to have my money back have never received it. There are several complains online about the fake rebates of Organix. The do it every year. Refusal to refund $150.00 deposit on an apartment when agent clearly stated the deposit was refundable if the apartment was not taken. The agent was asked if the deposit was refundable if for any reason the apartment could not be taken and they said yes. Now they claim the deposit is non-refundable period. Don't even take the trial unless you are fully prepared to pay the full amount for the trial product, AND be enrolled in the monthly program. Customer service does not exists. Messages to the CS line and email are never returned so you CANNOT CANCEL.
