I called the number and it was disconnected - I finally got a phone number from Company Store for WFNNB. I have 2 cancellation confirmations from 3-17-09 and 3-20-09 and yet you continue to charge me each month. This month was 48.16. If I do not receive a successful conclusion to this matter with in 15 days I will have no recorse but to refer this on to our attorney for resolution. I agreed to pay, what they stated on the website was a one-time fee of $1.95. They began charging me $58.61 a month. Nowhere did i read that I had 7days to cancel the account, where afterwards they would charge my credit card. I cancelled my account with them, but they billed me for 4 months, each month changing their company name on my credit card. I had a charge appear on my ANZ Visa card May 2009 statement, that reads: "CPIpay.com/n-remedies 866 834 6878" for 47USD including overseas txn fee of $1.87 AUD. They have a refund policy and don't honour it. Instead they just keep offering more items at a cheaper price to make up for the poor quality product they sent.
