I deposited the sum of $1003.00 in the account of Elaine Roberts on April second 2009, Bank of America. Since then I have not received neither my goods nor a refund. Since about I have not been able to reach Elaine by phone and she has returned only two emails with excuses ranging from she has been sick to she was the victim of fraud and her accounts have been frozen. Her latest reply stated that she has sent me a check plus $300.00, I am yet to see this, plus I sent two emails asking she confirm my mailing address just in case of some error in mailing, to which she has not replied. this from someone who once told me she makes $450, 000 per week. read full review »

After ordering the free product, TriSlim, and only paying for shipping and handling, I was charged $19.95 for a membership to DJM Lifestyle Fit! I disputed those charges and was assured I would receive the credit on my account. However, I have not. After calling several times to see where the credit was, I was told by Fit Factory that they were having issues getting credits back to customers. I have an annouthorized charge of 39.99 from this people and I dont even know for what, I called customer service who denied me a credit in my credit card, sayind that " I agreed to the terms..." which I did not. I never get the grants for citizens kit they promised to send me inmediatelly.
The worst is that my credit card company Citi does not want to dispute it because this "bussiness" is not in the
United States, they are in Cyprus...
I hope somebody can stop this people, They RIPP OFF tons of people.

Scam artists and fruulent companies! I ordered a FREE trial of weight loss berry pills. I only had to pay $5.95 for shipping. Pills arrived and so did two charges on my Discover Card. One charge for the $5.95 from Acai Advanced and another charge from LiveLean for $24.95! I never even heard of a company called LiveLean! I purchased Daisey Fuentes earings and necklace to wear to a Christmas party in Dec. 2008. I could not attend and put the jewelry in my velvet lined jewelry box where they have been since that date. They have NEVER been worn. It is now June and I wanted to wear them to a wedding. Upon removing them from the box, I found they had discolored to the point of being totally unwearable. It is too late now to return them to Kohl's since 6 months have passed. I would tell anyone not to purchase this brand after reading other complaints. after purchasing tires and driving about 18, 000 miles the tires started to hum loudly at low speeds, I returned to wal mart and they told me it was in need of a front end alighment.ai then went and had a a=front end alighnment rotated the tires and they agin started to hum on the front wheels.i believe the tires are bad as i was told by a worker at goodyear tire (IWAS GETTING AN OIL CHANGE)he said wal mart had trouble with there wangler tire made for them. read full review »

I was 100% sure that I went through the additup site to take advantage of 4% staples cash back they offer. I to fell for the scam. On the site it just said pay $4.97 for 14 day trial of the product. Less than two weeks later my account was charged $74.45 that was not authorized. On my bank account it has the contact information as Nutri Foods without a complete phone number to call an cancel. Long story short this company offers up a job. It says you will train for five weeks at home taking various test along the way for a position of "Project Supervisor" throught the country. Afte the five weeks you will earn a paycheck of $1500 to $3000 depending upon how you did on your tests. After that you will be brought to the home office in NJ for the "Second Phase" of training. I have made numerous telephone calls to the Dept. of Revenue regarding the date and amount of the deposit of my child support payments. I was passed to many different areas no one having any answers and which agency was responsible. The funds are taken out of the non-custodial parents check weekly. 1. After you service our phones on Jan 3, 2009, our fax line gets intermittent phone calls and people hang up, of course when they hear the fax tone. Your technicians have been heree and never find anything worng, they even changed something in your main office.
2. The voice qulity changes from very good to much static during the dya on either of our lines.

I discovered today that my credit card was charged for a membership that I was unaware of. I was charged $19.95 in which I am told I cannot be refunded because I went past my 3 day trial time that I have to cancel the subscription. I did not want nor did I see that I would be automatically enrolled in this membership. I feel that this is a misrepresentation of their business, they are stealing money from people. They offer you 3000.00 a month to work from home as a service manager... I followed thru on google and on some of their press articles.. (It did not check out..) As much as they tried building a blog and some press releases, , , their story does not add up... The salesman kept ringing me at home and sending me sms to my cell phone asking me to sms him my credit card details to his personal phone, i refused to do this. Howes and his consultant buddies changed their Dura mats to cheapen them. They ran off the people who originally developed the mats. From what I've been told they have angered customers all over the world. I even heard the US military has a bunch of mats stacked in Afghanistan and are waiting for Newpark to take them back. Thousands of these junk mats have been sold and replacing them will bankrupt NR. These are the same consultants who killed off Newpark's Bravo product line.
