i when to autozone on yonker store 5288. the manager and employee had no customer service skill. as a female driver i was told to go to autozone and by battery that they would it on for me. it was raining but lite rain the sun was out. but i was told that theycould not help me, and when the manager came out he was rude because he saw that he was wrong. at the end with a nasty attitude he told his employee to help me and they both left without letting me know what was going to happen next after 20 minutes i just left.
i do not recommend that location to anyone. i am going further with this complaint.

I signed up with this company on 03/25/09 with the understanding that if I did not like the success of the sales that I could cancel my account between the 62-71 day of sign up. I cancelled my account on 05/27/09 and sent them an e-mail asking when my charges would be credited back to my account. They called me and said that because I cancelled my account through MY website, that I did not qualify for any type of a refund. I have been scammed-and have lost over $2300.00 to this so-called lending institution. Even had legal documents (I thought), had my credit union review and also contacted the Better Business Bureau. They even sent confirmation of "funds" being deposited. Please if you have been scammed by this company or had any contact with them email me. Recent investigations attached to this website and domain registration are possibly leading us in the right direction. I'm new to this particular website but I'm not new to the scene. I have created a website called BERRYBUSYBLOG.COM and we have people us their emails, scam stories, and all the information that they have. I worked for diversfied options for four months and in that span I felt, confused, angry, under apreciated, lied to, lied about, disrespected, and betrayed. When I left the owners told me i could pick my paycheck up on friday, I had to wait until Monday. I am still waiting for my final paycheck, 2 weeks later. I never filled out a W2 and taxes were never taken out of my check (which was normally cash not a check) so I am unable to claim unemployment. I went back to being a Mediacom customer in January. I have had nothing but problems from the start. I rejoined Mediacom with a buy-back special. They promised to pay the bill for breaking my dish company contract. To get the refun took three months and numerous phone calls and trips to the local office.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought their software to run an affiliate program and have had nothing but problems with them.
First, when I purchased thier software back in late 2004, I couldn't get it to run as advertised. After going back and forth with a man name Moses (very hard to speak to and understand) who appears to either be the head programmer or possibly be the owner of this scam operation and told him the software wouldn't operate as it was described on his fraudulent website.

I was searching for a new HDTV and this website (http://www.discounts-webstore.com/) Discounts-webstore came up under the Froogle search. The scam site is well done, with no usual scam-like typos and the registration and checkout stuff actually works.
HOWEVER!!! Here are the reasons they are a scam site:
1) They only take orders on $500 and above
2) They dont accept Credit Cards!!! Only: WESTERN UNION
3) It is "supposedly" protected by the eica-fraud.org (a fraudulent anti-fraud site!)

This is great. These chumps at http://www.initrobemarketing.com. I call to order an email list. On the 20th of November. First they forget to place your order. Then you call back and they say, sorry we will do it now. Then they charge you and you never get anything. I got a message stating that the server crashed. here is the list of messages. Check it out.

So my son asked for a free membership to Rival.com.
This site shows recruiting tapes of athletes among other things.
The free trial required a credit card to register.
I gave it to him, but insisted he cancelled as I did not want to pay 9.95 per month so he can read about other kids.
Thats where it begins. YOU can only cancel by phone, and not on weekends. 9-5 central time only. Plus, it has to be 48 hours before expiration.

They "Guarantee" you Members in your downline(I paid) for Never got.
A Phony doubler that has yet to cycle sense november. Turbo downline bs and it goes on and on. and the parent site is still in pre-launch since september of last year.
When a member bulks or ask the tough questions the suspend the members site LOCKED OUT.

Iam warning you all about these people!!!

They tell you to pay a huge upfront fee of £149 which includes a 'Ringtone' website for a year which you are ''Guaranteered'' to earn so much money from blah, blah, blah!!!
They also Promise within 4-6 weeks they'll blast your new website to thousands of search engines so this way you wont even need to advertise it.

Sleepinergy is probably the most advanced sleeping system ever made. Millions of dollars and seven years went into the development of this bed. I used to work for this company before it was sold. On June 2nd my partner went into the Rogers store at Devonshire Mall and dealt with one of the associates in there. The nature of business was to activate a portable internet service. It was easier to go to an actual store so that the DSL modem could be picked up immediately, instead of having to wait for Rogers to mail one if done over the phone. Following the advertisement, I decided to check out INGDirect Mortgage. It turned out that many of what they claimed turned out to be UNTRUE. First, customer service is horrible and unprofessional, including the so-called "managers", who displayed the kind of quality that you would expect from a used cars lot: rough and nasty. How do these people sleep at night making these false charges . when i called them they said that my daughter signed up through my private email account which she has no access to or even knows the email address!! how they connected my daughters name to my personal private email is unbeknowst to me. pretty scary, im assuming that they falsify the charges and hope people just pay thier bill w/o looking at the charges!

The cleaning solution holder never really held the bottle tight. I talked to 5 reps. and a supervisor at Oreck. I was advised that I could have the warranty service done locally. When I called the store they said that they would do the inspection but I would have to pay extra because Oreck only pays $8 for their service time.
