I requested a debit card for my new account because they forgot to do it, and instead i received a CREDIT CARD by mail. The BCM (Gregory) denied tha fact that i never requested the credit card so we had to talk to his regional manager. Both were unprofesional, we felt neglected and very frustrated. Also we requested back in Feb 09 for our checking acct to be linked to our savings acct for overdraft protection, but unfortunaltely that never happened either. I want to let you know that the way Tme Warner process new accounts they help the crook fraud people. What they do is take a phone call from someone that gives a name and SSN over the phone and Time warner checks that name and SSN and if that person has good credit they set up an account in that persons name. Then that person gets cable for months and does not pay. I think this company was attached to some other telemarketing call I received and accepted. However, that telemarketing call stated that I would receive the sample package of services provided to sort through and decide which I wanted to accept and receive. We found a foreclosure and submitted an offer-of course it was accepted in 3 days, we were signing papers and submitting all the necessary paperwork and securing our loan. When we got the appraisal back it was significantly lower than our original offer, so our lender was only willing to finance what the home was worth (obviously). These guys are a total joke. The website clearly states that they will refund 100% of your money back within 30 days if you are unhappy for any reason. The shoes I bought simply did not fit right and it wasn't the size. They just weren't comfortable. I was called about being able to lower my interest rates on credit cards. The person that called (Brenda Hayes) said that they work directly with the credit card companies and can get rates lowered. I was told that they get on the line with me with the credit card companies (because they need my approval) and get my rates lowered. I filled out an e-mail form requesting information on working from home and it stated in their ad that it would only cost $1.87. I am now an ex user of Merrill Datasite due to their inflexibility to work with you. TV was ordered at discounted price including free shipping. Paid extra for expedited shipping that promised delivery within 1 week. Ten days later, after numerous phone calls, the TV showed up at a totally different time than scheduled. The extra paid for "expedited" shipping was on the invoice, and the price was list, without discount. The extended warranty that was on special when ordered also reverted to the list price. In spite of all of the delivery hassles, my order cost $204 it should. This company will not give copies of any invoice. This company was sub-contracted by Orbit Van Lines. They picked up my items in Pittsburgh, Pa. a day early (if I waited for the move date I would have to pay extra) was told by driver that my stuff would leave for NJ and be given to Orbit for loading on a truck to start across country.
