Even if you refuse to accept the package, never open it and return the whole thing for the full refund, they will still charge your credit card and then you have to fight for the refund. He goes by the name Andy Akbar Hooda and will ask you to pay him a cashiers check so that no one can trace him, but we have traced him to his Alabama PO Box which he is apparently using to collect scam money.
