In 2008, my 86 year old mother accepted a CityBank card through ATT. She has Altzheimers and was placed in a home a few months later. I purchased a stove and fridge from Leons. As it was being delivered I noticed a large chip and a scratch on the front corner of the stove - very obvious. I told the delivery folks that was no good, they would have to take it back. I told them they should have opened the box at the warehouse to ensure the goods were not damaged. When purchasing my photos I had expressed that I need one shot of every pose. I didn't need the CD or the membership to the Smile Club. I had ten photos and the package I found out there was a package for $69.00 that would have suited my purposes and wallet. When asked about it I was told I would not get one of every pose, so I was lead to believe that I needed to purchase the package that I got totaling $123.92. I am with a trucking company and we hauled a load for Sourceone Transportation in Nov and Dec, and found out later that they accepted a load from GES under their sister company Threeway a carrier and brokered it through Sourceone transportation. My factoring company told me not to haul for SourceOne Transportation. The President is Craig Hogeland, and when I brought this to his attention he ignored my emails. I have been a loyal customer with GE money bank Care Credit. I have had numerous problems with my account and can't get them resolved. I been in constant contact with the sales rep that works with the doctors office that handles my dental work. That is when the nightmare started. As a first time "self-employed" individual facing the end of employer sponsored health insurance, I was "taken" by a smooth talk, high cost, low coverage policy. They exploit their students- A year ago I went there and they offered me a subsidized course fee $2500 (for remedial massage) if we did 1400 hours in the student clinic, and said it would take 2-3 years. I purchased a new lawnmower 7 weeks ago through SEARS CANADA because they offer a 2 year warranty. The primer pump is leaking gas as quickly as you pour the gas into the tank. I called my local store and was told to bring the lawnmower in and it will be shipped out free of charge to be fixed.
