This problem exist for last 2 years. FIrst time i am seeing this site. I have bought a LG 2 ton Split A/C. Just after finishing the first year, the problem started. The room will get cooled for 10 minutes after that A/C compressor is tripping. LG service people came and replace almost all parts of the A/C but still same. Now it is the second year. Since Hurricane Ike we have had problems with this company after they bought this company from rapid cable. They keep saying they are waiting for recievers. When they were supposed to be ready for the change to HD they shut everything off. Every week we never new what channels we were going to have. We have been paying our bill and still no one has come to help us out. We can not get a satellite dish we have to many trees. Every week I call them and speak to someone new and the reply is always the same, " We are waiting for the reciever to come in next week" but next week they have not done anything. I have had a DiscoverCard for almost 10 years with the same due date for that entire time, always due on the 21st of each month. My car dealership referred me to Aztec Rent-a-Car for a loaner car. When I returned the car, the clerk noticed minimal damage on the back bumper consisting of a small ½” x ½ inch patch of black paint missing. Purchased LCD screen with shipping insurance. My item was misdelivered and lost by USPS. ScreenAid refused to file an insurance claim or refund my money even though the local USPS office verified the item was lost. I'm assuming they never purchased insurance on my shipment as they refuse to provide the insurance information to me. I have tried working with them for over a month and they continue to tell me my item has been delivered...which is amazing since our local USPS office never recieved it. I had a prescription filled for blood pressure and for some reason (could be that the pharmist spent the whole transaction on a personal call) I felt strange about the meds. I went ahead and took the pill but then again felt uneasy when my blood pressure dropped way down. I then started checking the internet for a picutre of my pill once I found it I realized that the pills he gave me are for a much higher dosage than what the dr. had written the script for. Worst customer service ever. Our A/C broke took him 3 days to find somebody. We were without A/C for 3 days in 100 degree weather. I purchased a 60.00 dollar leveling package for inwowgold.com. They didn't start leveling my character until i bugged them for 5 days straight. When I asked them on the 5th day to please level my account... they said that they lost my password... They never leveled the character to 80... not even to 20. I just canceled the payment and when i got my account back all the gold was taken and my gear had either been deleted or vendored for all my characters. At least they didn't delete my characters. I purchased a top of the range induction hob with a new kitchen from a company called Esquadria Kitchens. The hob was distorted and when fitted had a gap between it and the worktop. Nobody had any idea about wether or not this is normal and it was left to me to find out. I tried the AEG website and found it impossible to send any type of communication to them. It is designed to deter rather than help. A year ago National forced my partner and I to drive a rental car, full of broken glass, back to the airport. This is after making us spend several hours in an underground parking lot waiting for answers. We offered them witnesses, we offered them photos, we offered them a simple peace making of a new rental car this summer. Communication games, no results. I went to Nation Auto Plaza on June 16, 2009 and purchased a 4 dr Jeep Wrangler.
