I have been getting debit in the amount of $16.95. For at least the last 10 months. I call the number. No one answers if they do so its a recording saying due to high volume calling your wait time could be longer than usual. The longest I held was 2 1/2 hours. Incident We have been on cruises before and choose the Carnival Imagination because of our 8 yr.old twins. Well first off the ship has poor customer service, wait staff is poor, they have only one deck they serve a buffet on and it is crowded. I went in on Wed, July 1st, 2009 to Big Tex Ford to look at a vehicle they advertised on their website. I had already filled out the credit application and received an approval. When I got there, they claimed the only way I could get the vehicle I wanted was to use someone else's name.
