I went into this urgent care when I was experiencing some lower back pain. When I first got there the staff seemed fairly nice and friendly. The first thing she told me was we do not accept any insurance here. I had to pay $145.00 up front before I could see the doctor which I thought was strange. So I did being I was in pain. My son is studying in the sixth standard and is asked to carry atleast 18-20 note books to school everyday. Carrying those books makes the bag too heavy to be carried till fourth floor of the school building. Possible solution could be a small locker to be provided to students after a certain standard. I purchased 4 items from Menard's on June 3, 2009. These items were for the repair and replacement of a broken sump pump. As it turned out my pump was only jammed and did not need replacement. I tried to return the items to the store only to be told I would not get a refund. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have been fighting with their tax dept for 8 months - trying to straighten out the mess that Citi Lending left behind. On the website I ordered a 14-day trial of Rez2000. I did not realize at the time that I was approving a monthly shipment of this product at the cost of $87.00. I bought a Tumi backpack based on the lifetime warranty claim. At the time I bought it, they offered lifetime. But now they want to charge $125 for repair open seams by the zipper and strap, and between internal compartment! While I called, they said "we don't offer lifetime warranty, we only offer lifetime service, for a fee". The service and support is not a good match for their price!
