I went in for a Heart Attack, at some point from that point on, they released sealed records to my open file and to a practice within the same building as San Jacinto Methodist Hospital, Baytown TX. This is illegal !! The only reason any one can open them is if there is specific reason to do so. The hospital is the safe keeper and guadian of these records and are not kept wih your regular records. They are legally responsible. Solomon MButcho (general mgr) sold a car for me and never paid me the completa amount owed to me as stated in my contract. I contacted the BBB and was not able to get any results. I have visited your establishment since it opened in St. Catharines with my son and now my grandsons. I enjoy a good cup of coffee. I currently suffer from Parkinsons Disease. I have experienced two incidents recently wherein coffee has oozed out the spout of the newly constructedcoffee cup and scalded me. The insulated cup does a wonderful job of keeping the coffee hot and easy to handle, however, the coffee cup lid contains a pop up bubble on the rim that is suppose to make the coffee accessible. On 18th July'09, the Karachites experience 1st monsoon rain. Because of the poor city infrastructure, the water standing in the road is the norm. My Honda Civic (under warranty - done only 35k km) was parked and surprisingly there was a water inside the car. My car is serviced only at official Honda Service Centres. Honda Pakistan is not taking any responsibility of the fault in there car. I drove Toyota Corrolla and Suzuki Kyhber earlier and never faced any bad experience during heavy rains. I had purchased a G-700 sony ericsson phone in jan 2009 and found it faulty and given to the service center in chennai more than 4 times. The touchscreen being changed 2 times and software error found more than 2 times. inspite of my several calls to sony ericsson call center with complaint numbers they dont bother to make a replacement but only delay the matter. Iam not interested in taking back the instrument from the service center and seek replacement from the company. Hello Sir/Madam I brought Nokia phone on 24/03/08 and since then i have given thrice that phone for repairing during warranty period for the same problem. The electricty condition in Ghaziabad is shameful.( Gyan Khand, Nyay Khand, Niti Khand, whole Indirapuram and so on..)
