I brought my son to Dr. Kirtland today for a regular check up, he is 4 years old and this was his first regular visit following a mouth trauma where my son had stitches in his lip and displaced front teeth. Ordered one and then two lettered and numbered jerseys from this company. The first came. After one wash (gentle cycle), the letters peeled. Notified them and they said they would give me 30% off on the other two shirts, which were not processed. These are fast e-mail communications (IM speed). I told them to cancel the orders. I went to make a purchase with my debit card and was told it was declined. I told the cashier that it had to be a mistake and told her to swipe it again. It was declined. So I gave the cashier some cash I found in my wallet and walked out the store embarrassed. I have to vent on the horrible experience I had recently with Avis out of Boston Mass. I am a premier member with Avis and had no real complaints prior to this. I rented a car at Boston Aiport. Upon arrival, I had to stand in line for well over 30 minutes just to get my car. There were 2 people working the desk and for some reason, they did not have my name listed on the premier list. I purchased a $399 software package from MacAuthority after carefully explaining my usage and asking if the package (Office for Mac 2008) was fully compatible with MS Office. They assured me it was. I have a Faucet that is just over a year old, and it has since gone bad. It is a PULLOUT spray model, and it won't activate and sticks between the spray and stream. The owner is the same for both businesses in California. He has sold pups with parvo with at least two dying. Most of the puppies are bought from mexico and filthy puppy mills. He sells them cheap because he gets them cheap and sick. He states that he wants to put all pet places out of business and make his the only places. I ordered a white gold with CZ stone nose stud after reading on the website that this company differs from the rest in that they sell only the highest quality nose studs. The stone fell out of my nose stud within a week. When I contacted the company for a replacement, they said I should have purchased a stud that had claws as to hold the stone in place. I did buy a stud that has claws. They will not stand behind their product at all. I paid almost $30 for something that I wore less than a week. I had a car loan with Eagle Credit Union and lost my job. I imediately contacted them and told them I would be two months late on my payment but would start paying it again the first of Januaury when I started working again. I did exactly what I told them made two payments and before I could send in my third payment they repoed the car . I tried calling and know one would return my calls. on July 9th I replied to a 15 day trial offer for $.99, which I never received. On July 20th I received a package assuming it was my trial offer. I happened to be on line looking at my bank account and not only did the charge me the $.99 on July 9th but they charged me $82.31 on July 20th!! I called their toll free line and after waiting 27 minutes with no one coming on the line, I called my bank to have them put a stop payment on the charge. Over a year ago, I foolishly signed up for Spirit Master Card and a Membership with Spirit Airlines for cheaper flights. I never used the credit card nor the membership. On 06 Jun 2009, Foneright, Inc, through IDL Teleservices, Inc. billed my home phone for voice mail services which were not solicited by any Internet pop-up, post card entry for a dream vacation, telemarketing call or any other means that you can think of. According to AT&T, "They are required to accept these charges for billing to my account with no other identification but date, phone number and amount of the charge". Installed Onduline green roof sheeting on our new house build 1995. The impregnated black bitumen that is in the sheets, started leeching through the green colour within a couple of years, causing big splotches of black throughout the roof. We complained to Onduline and they came to inspect and agreed that there was a fault in the product. They painted the roof at their cost in 2000. We rented a flat in Israel from Yoav Antman-#12 Emek Refaim St in Jerusalem, Israel 93105 for a week. The owner requested a $700 deposit in advance. We sent the check and it cleared with his signature on it. He claims he never received the check yet he won't send an affidavit confirming his story. Now he wants another $700. This is a total scam and from talking to others it appears this is a regular scam used quite often in Israel. Be careful dealing with Israelis and stay away from VBRO. My complaint is the same as the one I just read. They called with all this information my account, but the date they deposited the money is incorrect. The return number they give is always busy. Telling me that they will send two officers to my residence and take me and my siblings to the courthouse to have the case reviewed. We called AT#T customer service last Thursday, reported that the remote control was out. The customer service rep falled to put this in the notes or even put in a ticket for the remote to be replaced. The rep reported the remote will arrive Monday. Now it is Monday, and no remote.
