Close premium finance charged me £40 penalty for just an unpaid direct debit as I moved bank and forgot ti inform them. Due to ONE missed payment while I was traveling my catch up payment is 110.00, didn't have it so i sent in what I could and now have a outstanding payment of 80.00 due August 1st. which is fair, however my monthly payments after this will be 80.00 where before this unfortunate missed payment was 15.00 min payment. I responded to an advert via the internet. The product was for 'life cleanse' . I purchased the free trial product as the company literature online stated that I would only pay £3.95 GBP and that this was for posting only. I colored my hair with L'oreal's Castings Creme Glos hair color. The package says: "Lasts 6-8 weeks". I noticed that it doesn't come out of my hair. Then I called L'oreal's customer services and they confirmed it: It is a permanent hair dye. Now I have ugly hair and nasty looking roots and it takes about five years to grow my own hair color back. In April 2008 we purchased an upgraded timeshare in Mexico. Part of the transaction included trading in as equity a timeshare based in Carlsbad, CA. We were put in touch with Holiday Transfer Services who was to make the transfer of ownership. We were told we had 30 days for this to occur so please get the necessary documents to Holiday Transfer as quickly as possible. I ordered a phone from the ebay member sweetsilvana. I knew the phone was refurbished, but expected it to work properly. This member, who upon research I have discovered is Frank Tetro, sent a phone that does not work. The phone will randomly shut itself down, and restart again only to turn off immediately. This company sells parts online for laptop computers, and also repairs laptops. I tried to place an order by phone using a bank ATM checking account card. The person taking the order said the bank declined the payment because the billing address did not match the billing address for the account, or some such. But it turned out the bank did process the transaction; the transaction does show up on my checking account. My contract was due to expire in July of 2009 so I called to cancel and was informed my contract was extended until June 2010 and I would have to pay an additional $400. They indicated that I would have to notify them in writing 30 days prior to the contract ending or they would automatically renew.
