Tree service and lanscape/painting/carpentry frank urias. My complaint is that around 730am-8am, he drives around the neighborhood looking for work. I dont mind that, its just at that time, he rings the doorbell continuously and it gets on my nerves that I had to tell him to stop. 2 times is enough but nonstop is rediculous. This is a fraud. They only take green dot money pak so they can take your funds without being tracked. They claim lots of fraudulent credit cards have forced them to only use MoneyPak, but they only started their business in June 2009. How many frauds can you get in less than a month of business. I made several call to Peak5 concerning my title to my truck. When I was late with payments, someone would call me daily and send letters with threats of repossessing my truck. No doubt they will finance you and put you in a vehicle that is a true statement. They even offered to put me in vehicles that either had no title or no air .The vehicle the lot put me in was very nasty and had some electrical pproblems. They said I coud bring it back and get my down payment back within 3 days. Well I did and it's been 11 days now and no one can seem to help me understand why it's taking so long to give me back my down payment. About 3-4 weeks later I received 2 of the goods with a note saying that if I hadn't received the rest of the order in the next few days I would receive a refund. I have contacted the company via email, there is no telephone number and nobody has come back to me at any time. I placed the order mid June and paid via paypal. Paypal cannot take any action. Over charge / Bad service: I had an extreemly bad experince in dealing with the company. They were offering a moving truck rental for $85 / day and went for it thinking it was a good deal. However after returning the truck with a full tank of gas to my surprise they have charged $ 130 to my credit card. I recieved my CD with Super Text Twist with the Product key on the front of the CD. I installed it on my computer and when it ask for the product key I input the code just as it was on the CD.
