Apparently, they say that in the small print of the transaction - which I did not see, you have to write to them within 15 days to stop any further payments being taken. Email is not acceptable. I purchased an outline from this company for $10 and it turned out that the outline was not based on a certain textbook as they had advertised. This misrepresentation was critical as I was purchasing the outline solely for the fact it was based on a text book I am using, and the outline is therefore useless to me. My aunt (who is in her 50s, diabetic, blind, incontinent, etc.etc.) was recently placed in Magnolia Manor nursing home in Winona, Mississippi. My uncle had to remove her after a week because the nursing staff was verbally/psychologically abusing her, allowing her to lay soiled in her own waste for hours on end, making fun of her, not administering her medications on time, etc. This is an outrage.
