Keep well away from this bunch of incompetent cowboys! I rented a car from them for Malaga, Spain. My wife only has a licence to drive an automatic car so we orderd an automatic. Apparently, they say that in the small print of the transaction - which I did not see, you have to write to them within 15 days to stop any further payments being taken. Email is not acceptable. I purchased an outline from this company for $10 and it turned out that the outline was not based on a certain textbook as they had advertised. This misrepresentation was critical as I was purchasing the outline solely for the fact it was based on a text book I am using, and the outline is therefore useless to me.
