I tried to write a check for a purchase and the check was refused by Certegy. I have not written a hot check ever. I have an excellent credit rating. Repair work was authorized in March of 2009 by Heritage Warranty Group. Faxed all requested paperwork by Warranty company and never received payment. Called several times and spoke with different customer reps and have been given the same answer...their company is about a year behind on claim payments.
