I had received gas cylinder one month back. On 12th of this month when our previous cylinder finished, I attached filled one but it was not working so I called Darshan Gas & requested to send mechanic as I thought it may be gas stove problem. Be aware when giving them your credit card, they can put charges through without your authorization, even credit cards that require a passcode. When booking your parties, make sure you give them a smaller number, and make sure everything is in writing. Like many of the people here I have the same complaints . I did the free trial and saw the charges for a new order right away. I have tried contacting them by phone, email and even mailed the stuff back prior to the 15 days with a letter asking for them to cancel.
