My suggestion to anyone considering doing business with Tri-State Building Specialties Inc. or considering a Tri-State Sunroom is to fully review the warranties prior to purchasing. Apparently, Tri-State expects that "any" glass panel, permanent or otherwise needs to be removed by the homeowner and brought to Tri-state's center for repair. I have an English Bully. She has a terrible tail skinfold (wrinkle) infection. Her ears were also infected but I had medication from another vet and I was treating her ears. This man was hired in 2009 for a simple roof replacement. During the first rain, the house leaked in several locations and flooded in one location.
