There is only a 14 day trial period on the product but you don't receive it in time to try it and then they bill your credit card the full price. Supposedly if you return the product you will be issued a refund. That's where I'm at now - returning the product. You will need an RMA # in order to return for credit. They have been informed that my sq footage is only 361 sq ft and they will only accept The Commons stated footage as 455 sq ft so this means that each and every month every one of us studio apt tenanats are living in a unit of only 361 sq ft but being over charged on water sewer and trash becasue they are billing us on 455 sq ft.
