I have tried many times to get through to this company to stop deducting the charges from my bank account and charge card. I want to cancel receiving the Hydroderm Product. I have tried all of the phone numbers given both on the internet and from the company charging my account and I get the same results. Took my car in for diagnostics due to a 'clicking' noise when starting my car. Just had my alternator replaced and battery was about four months old. I am formally complaining because this man refused to back up his work. He was given $470 for a brake job on my vehicle. We took our 93 Lumina in to the garage because our rear driver side wheel seemed to be dragging a bit at times. We went to Universal Car Care because it was close, not because we had been there before. We just didn't feel that the car should be driven across town due to brake problems. The stucco on our Fuller home has been falling off before the 1 year warranty expired. Fuller homes has tried to fix the issue 3 or more times but with minor patches that don't work. They refuse to fix it now since it is out of warranty. They basically performed minor patches to let the warranty expire & wont help us anymore.
