We purchased our kitchen cabinets through Menards with a company called Prestige. We were told by Menards staff Prestige sells higher quality cabinets then their other vendors. We found closeout.com on a Google search for furniture and found a furniture piece that we liked. Well it has already been over three weeks now and no furniture. Oh yes, the credit card has been charged. They do not answer emails or phone messages. Their messages sound as if they are from another country. Employee took measurements from crotch to length on childrens uniform pants(that were extremely difficult to locate). I receive a call from the plant phone number 407-363-0463 to confirm length. The agreed length (from crotch to length) was 27 1/2. I gave them proof of my insurance during my appointment, and they never billed them. Instead the extremely rude and condescending secretary accused me of not having insurance. I offered to fax or email paperwork so that she could bill the insurance and she refused to give me a fax number or email address. I called them several times to help them fill out the paperwork, and they didn't do anything. Instead she sent me a bill for work that is 100% covered by my insurance. Went on a family vacation to Las Vegas. Booked a room through Priceline.com to name your own price. Picked Sahara Hotel and Casino which said they were a 2 1/2 star hotel for $40 per night. We had our consultant staffed through Wolverine and now Wolverine is not paying us for last 2 months of services. I ordered 2 pints of Hydrogen Peroxide, 35% food grade to be sent to 2 different addresses. I gave a credit card number. It took a week for them to process the FAST FED EX SHIPPING order, I had to call them. They proceeded to charge me for 2 quarts which I did not order. My wife and i booked a 10 day tour of Argentina from one of the reputedly largest south american tour companies which specialize in such tours. I purchased a $900.00 set of gas (propane) logs from Ener-G-Tech in mid- November. I needed the logs and a propane tank installed. I asked the salesperson (you must be waited on by a salesperson, this business is not self-service)if they install. He informed me they had a list of plumbers they recommend. I purchased $35, 000 worth of product from them in 1993. One window failed within the warranty period and the others have been in the process of failing from day one. All of my windows/doors what are exposed to the elements are failing. I have repaired 2 windows that were rotted and now 5 more are letting water in.
