We are facing problems with our Whirlpool purafresh R.O. Water Purifier purchased on 17.10.2008 Since June onwards we have complained thrice and the service engineer has repaired the same 3-4 times till date. The reasons given by the engineer were cartridge to be replaced, vacuum created etc. Inspite of the repeated repairs the problem with the purifier still exists. I have made attempts to contact the manager of these apartments and she told me that if I call her that she will file charges that I am harassing her. My main issue is with the mold in one of the bedrooms.. As soon as it rains there are spots on the ceiling and I am having difficulty breathing. HP mini hard drive failed. I was living in Evanston IL for the summer when it failed. Box to HP was sent to Evanston. I then moved to Maryland and called customer support to change my address. They said it was changed. They then sent the supposedly repaired laptop back to Evanston. Evanston did not accept delivery and the computer was returned to Hildago, Texas. See HP customer order WMY812 - 01 . I now have called HP customer support in India every day for almost two weeks and they say the computer will be sent to my Maryland address within 48 hours.
