I ordered this off the web for my wedding. I was told that I could cancel at any time. I cancelled after my first order and was charged for 2 additional orders. The first order was free except for $1.00 processing fee. I have been charged $87.62 on Octoer 17 and again on October 24. This is 175.245 charge. Well not only is JTV scamming the customers, seems they have pulled some dirty actons against their own employees. Rumor has it that a class action lawsuit was filed by an ex employee. This company deals in illegal labor practices and fails to pay it's employees wages. No one receives their paychecks and are ignored repeatedly when asked. The excuse is always blamed on the clients that "fail to pay the company" or employees not "hitting the mark" There are at least 10 or more just in the last 5 months that have had to file labor board disputes. These people are unbelievable. After ordering the Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 megapixel camera, I received a call from the company the next day confirming my order. Then the sales pitch began. "You know the camera only comes with a Demo battery that will last for 20 minutes and then it's no good. You have to buy a lithium Ion battery and we sell them cheaper than Best Buy. Michelle at Pure Med Spa just lost a customer for being repeatedly rude on the phone and now essentially hanging up on me when I asked to reschedule an appointment for an earlier time. One or two 'off' days are unstandable but three tells me Pure does not want my business so I am taking it elsewhere. I called a number to cancel what I thought was this credit monitoring service. It turned out to be a Chase Presige Card number. I have contacted Chase and must send documentation about this charge. This company is the biggest scam to the education system. The website looks great, but the courses are vague and the are NOT DIPLOMA's or NVQ syllabus courses at all.
