My brother and I have a credit card from Virgin (MBNA) Having become unemployed I thought I would call help line for a claim pack. This came and I filled it in (very intrusive I might add) sent this off about two weeks later got the reply we are unable to help you at this time. It turns out that my brother is covered but only for death or hospital admin. So this turns out to be a joint policy but only in one name. I first bought 1 x 1Gb RAM from this company for my MacBook Pro but then decide that 2 x 2 Gb would work better and ask to exchange my first bought items. We were told before our shipping date that Cazumel was not going to be one of our stops. We understood, it was the swine flu. Fine, than a day before we were to go to Roatan, Honduras, we were told that port will be missed, since there's some sort of demonstrations going on there. I am a member of the HSA dental scheme and have been pursuing claims for dental work - the first was an emergency on the 3rd Feb 2009 as my crown had broken on a front tooth and was dangerously positioned to break the root of my tooth if not attended to. I recently bought a Paint Wizard Pro from this company, which is advertised by Tommy walsh on Sky TV Shopping channel, and it arrived last week. They bill your credit card using deceptive sales techniques, all legal in the small print. So were screwed, not really. 17 days after ordering they bill you credit card, $17.50 if you do not cancel within that 17 days. So if you get all your friends together and have them order the FREE sample and as soon as they receive it they call and cancel. Make sure they get a conformation number.
