This so-called law firm calls me relentlessly for a bill I do not owe. It is ridiculous. They are so horribly rude and do not care about the ACTUAL contracts at issue when they purchase bad debts from companies. AGS Fourwinds were contracted to store, then ship all our household contents from Singapore back to the UK. AGS' representative, Charlie Scott, agreed that air conditioned storage was necessary to prevent mould damage to furniture and clothes. This is one shifty company. Marissa the owner comes off as a sweet lady, until she owes you money. I have done extensive work work for her when she had her office in Vancouver I was her eyes and ears here. I have been a vendor for this company for over 2 years now and just in the last six months have realized that they are a real scam. Just to name a example I invoiced them $450 and they sent me $265 I don't know where the numbers come from but at Total Facility it make perfect sense. This company owes me over $11000 and they have no intention of paying it, I have left messages, emails, and voice mails. Noticed bedbugs the second night. Left management know of problem. When manager called he offered one nights refund. I requested a full refund. Also room was the smallest I've ever stayed in, had to go to a different floor to get ice and it took 10 minutes to arrange for a wakeup call becauuse the clock radio in the room was not functioning properly.
