Chevy Chase Bank has the worst Treasury Mangement customer service department. Recently I got locked out of my Chevy Chase Online Access account and called the Treasury Management helpdesk. I left a message at around 8:00 in the morning. I called back at half hour intervals until 3 p.m. and never had any luck with getting a live person on the line. I've been buying the 2 smallest pouch sizes of tobacco that Gambler Brand produces (to use up the coupons). George Alarm is a company with incredibly poor customer service. They held me to a service contract for a service that was not being properly provided. When I tried to contest the termination fee imposed on me for canceling my contract as I was not receiving the service, they held me to a $250 termination fee.
