This name is the same to another program entitled REO Gold that deals with foreclosure information. I contacted the number in the billing and informed the representative that I was billed $97/month for a service I did not know I had access to. They asked me send confirmation of when I had cancelled. This is when I discovered it was 2 different companies. It has been 3 days and I cannot get in contact with anyone from the company. I purchased 320 sq ft of shaw versalock flooring. this flooring would not lie down evenly as its locking system was defective. I proved this to be true by use of a micrometer and shaws own installation expert concurred with me that there is a problem with the flooring. This is an unethical and incompetent cleaner. I had a wool suit coat destroyed by this business and the owner ("Karen") rudely denied any liability. Room booking failed to be put thorough. I only discovered this when I mentioned to a friend to book the same hotel and he discovered they had no record of my booking. We paid a substantial amount of money for the "Timeshare" even thou they deny. I was told that if we was not happy they could reslae in hours because the deal was so good. I had Imagistone countertop resurfacing done on my kitchen countertops and have to say I am not pleased with the results. They spray a kind of a plastic coating over your existing countertops and it is supposed to look like granite. The finish is not smooth but is grainy and it is hard to get most stains out. I think it must be porous or something because you really have to scrub to get it clean. The Commonwealth Bank is definitely the worse bank in Australia. They had their site hacked earlier this year, and I could not access my business transactions for about a week. This week there was a "glitch" as they called it, and all business transactions disappeared from the day, and the Netbank site is difficult to understand as transactions are never up to date. For example, where it says "yesterdays" transactions, it is usually the day before. Further, they don't even bother to respond to complaints. This is a post paid connection having validity till 1st April 2011 and it had a balance of over AED 300/- Recently I noticed that the balance has gone into the negative.
