Withing warranty and the control key is gone despite normal use. They say it is not covered warranty. The local service provider HCL were to replace the keyboard at price - it is over two months and there is no sign of keyboard or information on that. Using the laptop with 'control' key feels like having a girlfriend without a tooth! Wonder if writing this would help - there is no way of getting to Toshiba. Absolutely no way. Mtn advertises their mtn100 anytime package as, R100 airtime and 25 sms's every month. I have two of those. 1 with mtn service provider, the other with altech. The one with altech actually gives me what they say, but the one with MTN service provider only gives me R86 airtime. Their excuse is that vat is being subtracted from the airtime.
