Pet dermis sells counterfeit products sourced from overseas. The packaging did not look legitimate so I called Merial and they told me that the lot number was invalid and they told me to look for certain package markings that would be on legitimate packaging. I emailed Pet Dermis and requested a refund and told them that Merial indicated that the product was counterfeit but they refused to refund my money. We purchased a puppy from MD Danes on limited registration. We took the pup to the vet for the wellness check, and got the diagnosis of vaginitis, worms, and she was knuckling over, a condition seen in dogs where the ankle is farther forward than the foot, which, untreated, can cripple the dog. It is normally caused by malnutrition. The breeder has refused to communicate with me about my concerns (not answering e-mails), or me voicing my disappointment in the quality of puppy I received. After filing a perfect form and the requested info for a advertised rebate, I was sent a denial. I am ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE I followed all protocols to the letter. My Name is Manda, I am deaf and require subtitles on dvds to be able to watch it. My favorite dvds is LAW & ORDER SVU.. However they dont have subtitles on ANY of the dvds which i am extremely angry about. Deaf people are clearly disadvantaged and not equal on this case. Cox is perhaps the worst in the industry when it comes to billing. I signed up for cable/internet/phone services. After 3 weeks of problems with the cable, I get a disconnect notice in the mail for non-payment (really, it was 3 weeks). I called and was told that they had sent a bill (which I had not received) so I paid over the phone. The same thing happened the following month. And the 3rd month. When I spoke to customer service I was told that they were sending the bill via email, but the rep could not give me the email address that the bill was being sent to as it was confidential. When Infusion media contacted us they asked us questions about our history and our hobbies they questioned us about our finances. They are smooth talkers and sucker you into the fantacy that you could be making $1, 000.00-$3, 000.00 a month they got us set up with a loan company they found out how much credit we had and charged us that much, and told us not to worry that we will have our initial investment paided off in three to four months.
