My October 2009 AT&T bill showed a charged of $14.95 by Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. In the description of the charge it states "MYIPRODUCT IMAIL VOICEMAIL MTHLY FEE" The phoneline in question is a fax machine, and no one ever requested any voicemail. This is a purely fraudulent charge aimed at people who don't regularly check their phone bill. I purchased a wooden dining table on Jan 09. I also purchased a furniture insurance offered to me by store. By middle of the year, veneer starts peeling which I repored to insurance company and Easy life. Insurance would replace table but it would be voided after. I bought into franchise with Clean Net several years ago I bought a $120, 000 worth of business each month. I had to take out a loan to start my own business. Normal GM hours charge posted in bulletine 05068 in september 2005 states labour charges of .8 + .1 hour to service this recall. When the same work was performed at the about dealer ship was charged 2.5 hour at rate of 109/ hour. Called the dealership service manager and he said they are allowed to charge whatever they feel time. Did not offer any refund. This the reason i posted this. Today, 30/11/09, I was driving down Bailey Drive- Bootle when I was almost forced of the road by an Iceland Heavy Goods Vehicle. This incedent happened at 1500. This salon illegally deducted wages from my final paycheck after firing me without cause. They reduced my pay rate to my starting pay per hour rate on my final check. Please be aware that Chilli Talk have a charge (called Maintainance charge) of 10 pence per day, irrespective of whether you make a call or not. I only found out after making several calls to Customer Service to try and get my £4 credit back. I probably spent more than that in calling them. Their Terms on the website mention the fact that there may be a Maintainance charge and certainly no mention of how much. Maytag Support has been difficult to contact and competely unresponsive about getting the appropriate technician out to fix a big screen TV. We recently completed a move with Taylor International. The packers were rude and, instead of packing, dumped drawers into boxes. Glass lamps were packed in boxes of clothes, and when they ran out of boxes, used old broken down boxes from other moves. The packers even failed to pack two areas of the house and we had to have the new owners gather our belongings. The damage was severe and seemed intentional. It just showed up on our bank statement. Vayle Mauldin & my wife Rose have the account which was tapped without permission. The bank said we have to wait for it to clear, it's processing now, and then submit a form reporting the fraud to challenge it. I'm not sure it will be reversed at this point. Just like the other reports on this site, the amount was $14.95 and there is no number to call on the statement as there would/should be to call and contest the misuse and theft of our money. XM Brands charged 77.83 after $1.97 had been authorized for a free info packet. The $77.83 was not authorized. After my 16 y.o. son agreed to the $1.97 there were other offers for more information for $19.99 that I had him decline. He gets my permission to charge things on his Visa Debit card that is attached to my checking account.
