I have received incomplete orders on sets of inkjet cartridges twice in the past three months. I specifically said I did not want a newsletter and they have hit my charge card with a monthly $10.00 charge. I called to stop it and they answer their order line to charge product but they do not seem to have anyone to stop the newsletter charges. I did not even get a newsletter but I did not want one anyway. I think the only way to stop these people is to close the card. People need to know they take your money and keep your card number for future charges you do not agree to, then don't stop the charges. Then had to contiously key in NO for different "upgrades" that we did not want. It is a big scam. I was searching for a service manual for a small kitchen appliance through a popular search engine. The search led me to www.pdfdowloads.com, listing the document I was looking for. Then this link led me to www.download-zzz and then it got worse. To download the file, you have to register and pay a membership. I have no problem with that, as long as I get value for what I pay. I purchased a Samsung 40in LCD TV which broke down after less than 4 months use. On contacting Samsung Customer Support I found their staff to be rude and obstructive. They were not the least interested in my problem (no picture on the TV, only sound) but instead droned on about Samsung's policies and procedures. My daughter went to Walmart, which boasts on their tv ad that they will match "any" ad of "any" store so you have one stop shopping, to purchase the WII fit, on sale at Meijer for 44. 99, this was on Thanksgiving day. She was promptly told that Walmart did not have ANY WII fits in stock and neither did ANY of the Walmart stores. FYI - On August 30, 2009 I posted a complaint regarding Bidaboom.com (who now goes by several different names to include Zambid.com). Today, 11/27/2009, we purchased tickets online for "The Blind Side" viewing of the movie of 8:20 PM at AMC Theater Firewheel in Garland Texas. We purchased our tickets at 11:14 AM.
