The salesperson lied point blank to me as he went through each section of the contract with me as I read. Anything I did not understand in the contract, he "explained" in a way that would work for his sales record. I asked for a 3 month membership for personal training. He handed me a "regular" contract and said that I could cancel anytime I wanted with no fees. Not only is there a fee, but it is only a "freeze" which means that it is temporary and I can't even use the sessions I have already payed for! in addition to this, He promised me free session and did NOT follow through. I was forwarded to this company who found companies with low intrest rates for a personal loan, i was asked to pay £69 up front to them and this would only be used for admin charges and would be refinded whether the loan was approved or not. After you have paid for that other companys service, you are then notified that your purchace is in fact "http://www.government-records.com/affiliate.php". I have now been scammed in this way three times, regardless of prior searching for whom I'm actually buying the service from. This company does not provide any of the service's it says it does in Australia. Surley this is a criminal act and fraudulant. On d 9 of Dec 09 i bankin a cheque (amount RM300) at Bdr Baru Nilai CIMB branch.
