On Decemeber 11, 2009, I made a purchase from www.craftmans.com. I purchased three items(all of which where to be pick up at a store that afternoon). The total purchase came to $208.62. I paid by using two $100 gift cards and the remaining $8.62 I placed on my Mastercard. Bought a Lexus Light scooter costing over $1500.00 in Nov '09 Free trail for 30 days, no questions free return. Cancelled before order was shipped and told it was not orderred. Ordered this product and it took them 13 days to ship it to me! The FREE Trail was for 15 days. I was charged $88.55 for the product. They had no shipment receipt in the envelope and they sent me a product I did not want. They called me a couple of days after I placed the order to confirm that I was a legitament person and order! This company is a real scam, they charge exhorbitant prices for phone service and long distance services. We inherited them as an exsisting vendor during an acquisition and I can't understand how they ever got the account & why no one questioned the outrageous charges they billed us for! Called on Thursday to make an appointment to have my range repaired. - It smokes each time you turn the oven on. It's clean and has been cleaned twice. Keeps smoking. My weekly payroll goes is added to the ADP TotalPay Card. I get paid after midnight Thursday. They sent me an email on Thursday stating that per my request my account is closed. In November 2009, we cancelled our Webroot. On Dec.2, 2009, we received our credit card statement and Webroot had charged two (2) renewals to our account for $59.95 each or a total of $119.90 We were NOT notified that Webroot was going to renew. I purchased a samsung printer on or about February 2009 and the printer stopped working in October 2009. I was sent a replacement as they repaired mine. The replacement was defective also. A hold for $200.00 was put on my bank account and I had to send the replacement back first. I sent it back but they can't find it. So I have no printer, no refund and a h old on my account. For 3 months now I have complained to both American EVoice Ltd Voicemail and Verizon regarding unauthorized billing of 15.95 to a land line phone number that doesn't even receive phone calls!!
