I got sucked into a 15 day trial for Acai Berry Supreme & Supreme Acai Berry. I never received my product until the 15 day trial was over. I was charged 4 times. I was refunded for 2 purchases but the other 2 purchases totaling almost $200.00 was not refunded. I returned the product Certfied Mail & was still not refunded. I too was ripped off by Luxory vendor.com. I ordered 2 pairs of boots through the Ugg website only to find out I was unknowingly transfered to a conterfeit website. I did receive 2 pairs of boots, but I feel they are counterfeit too. One pair was 2 differnt colors, the other pair has the UGG symbol on upside down. Decent download speeds if its working but this speed is completely underminded by the fact that there is a .25k/sec upload cap. I recently returned from a trip to the Dominican Republic. I stayed at the Oasis Hamaca hotel. It was a horror. 1. Not given the room type requested but told that they would the next day 2. I purchased this steam iron the middle of October. I didn't use it until I was visiting in New York. When I tried to open the water inlet door on the iron it wouldn't open. I installed the Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on 2 of my computers a bit over a month ago and shortly thereafter, my internet stopped working. It took me a while to figure out that the cause of the internet failure wasn't the router, but the antivirus software. Once I uninstalled it, my computers were fine. When I asked for a refund from PCTools, I was simply told that the 30-day limit for refunds had elapsed; however, they had "now canceled the automatic renewal for your license". I received a call about renting my week by Resorts International. It sounded like a wonderful deal. Brian said that they have a 95% rental rate and that I would receive the full amount that they rented my timeshare for. They charged me $1370 for this service and I have never received a single notice or call about anyone wanting to rent it, nor have I received any money and it has been 2 years now! Company "fixed" a recalled part of my refrigerator. Since then the fridge doesn't work correctly. Every 4-6 weeks it stops working, and I lose whatever food I have in freezer and fridge. By now it's a few hundreds worth, plus all the pain and hassle to defrost it before it starts again. The Maytag company refuse to take responsibilty for it.
