I tried this products Free Trial for 15 days. I called the company's customer service dept. before the 15 days because I've noticed that I've not lost any weight at all. The male employee who answered the phone asked me on how I was taking the product and I told him that I was taking 2 pills in the morning. Got a letter today from Stoneleigh Recovery Services LLC, a collection agency. A Mr. Andrew Howard wrote the letter to tell me that a credit card account I had long ago (early 1990s) had been purchased by his company in order to collect the outstanding balance. I paid off this debt in the mid-1990s through another collection agency, and I fortunately have kept that paperwork after all of these years. I read the fine print of this company, calling to cancel I found out that they are outsourced to an overseas customer service that will not tranfer you to the refunds department and only will deal with you through email. I only authorized UDS1.95 to be charged to my account. They billed me for four seperate charges and only allows a partial refund. I went to Honda City to get a new leased car. I specifically told Bruce, the salesman that I just paid my Dec lease payment 2 days prior, he said, "NO PROBLEM, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT". I bought an Asus computer from Best Buy on 7/25/09. they installed Kapersky antivirus on the computer and it was good for 6mths. On Nov 19th my computer went crazy and it said I was infected with Trojans on all my files. Failed to file a claim with insurance company. They had access to the same information that the hospital and doctors. It's all on the same data base. Cigna tells me that per their contract, they cannot bill me for services not claimed. Their attorney, says "that contract does not mean anything." Cigna continues to tell me that I do not owe the remaining bill. But, the small claims judge buddy ruled in Rad Ass favor. Apparantly the judge doesn't believe in contracts either. My advice, seek other radiology providers...or take your chances. Going back to Cigna to see if they can provide any help... Good luck with your claims. read full review »

Your story is all too familiar! We experienced the same sales scam. Your first step is to google PROFECO. They are a Mexican gov't office that handles all these timeshare scams. Then contact your nearest Mexican embassy and tell them how this hotel has left a bad taste of the country in your mouth and will never go back or recommend anyone to visit.
