I purchased AutoCAD 2010 from this company in October. The website seemed very professional even though it didn't appear to be secure. Instead of using my credit card (due to lack of security) I opted to pay by check. After completing my order I received an email with the address to send my check to. My check was cashed and I did not receive any product. I emailed them various times and never heard from them. Their website says you can email them, talk to them via Skype and chat using MSN and Yahoo. They are never available. I have been scammed. These two companies have taken £400 from my credit card account for two products that I thought were free samples. Further packages are supposedly being shipped to me (I never nowingly purchased these) that I havent received yet. The advert said that a woman had found that these two free products put together had made a difference to the colour of her teeth, send for your free samples now. I had recently helped myself with Acid Reflux, by using supplements. I used Pancreatin about 15 - 20 minutes prior to eating and it basically has helped tremendously with acid reflux. As all other complaints on this website, I gave them my debit card # for them to obtain certain information. Today, I am unable to log into their website and they did not get the info as promised. I don't know if others know, but on debit cards, you can go back to your bank and they will take the money back from these crooks and place it back into your account, even though it has already cleared. I have had numerous maintance issues with the place I have rented from this agency. Most have not been fixed and after being there for a month still have no remote control for the garage I am paying for. Yesterday the appartment was completly flooded and I now have damaged carpets, cloths and shoes but the agency says "this is not their problem". They will not let me speak with the agency manager nor will they get him to call me. Can you tell me what is the responsibility of the agency and the manager in regard to maintance issues. This is a bootleg service and should be shut down.. The items arrive shipped from China in the flimsy paper CD/DVD holders. None of the (59) discs work well. This is regarding the bus route journey from Kalyan Nagar to Banneraghatta. Route Bus nos MBS8 and 412. There is no proper timing for the bus services in this route.
