The scam of blue hippo continues. I was a customer of blue hippo in 2006. I was finished paying for my computer May 5, 2007. I ordered Maxidus since 18 December 2008 and till now I have received no package, all my reclamations remain without reply. I have received terrible customer service from Samsung when trying to get my home cinema system repaired. It took me week to arrange a a repair and then it took 2 weeks for Samsumg to send through packaging and details for the collection. When calling them over them over the two week period i was told every time that the package would come with in the next two working days. I was told murderous versions of what would happen. Racetrac is usually one of my favorite gas and convenience store combos but one employee can ruin that. every month is a new charge on my phone for which i have to sit for hours trying to figure it out and get AT&T to reverse the charges and for late fees after they told me what amount to pay. I am never late cause i live on a fixed imcome and all my bills go out the 1st of each month but i am being charged $15.00 late fee and each month i call, each month is the same and now they are adding finance charges to it. I received a telephone call from them twice. They left messages but they were partially cut off by my voicemail. When I returned the phone call (on my cell phone) they immediately knew my name before I ever told them who was calling. I thought this was wierd since I was calling from a cell phone. When someone calls 911, because they are having an emergency, EMS is to respond without delay.
