Purchased a Logitech WebCam Pro 9000 on NewEgg in Dec-2009. Once the item arrived submitted a rebate (details below). The rebate form, NewEgg receipt, and UPC code was sent in one USPS envelope. The website shows missing receipt. My inquiries were ingored. I resubmitted the receipt again by USPS. No response, inquiries ignored again. This is obvious fraud. How can one envelope arrive with half the contents missing? The receipt information is clearly verifiable with NewEgg. DON'T BUY INTELLAWOOD FROM SMART CARPET. I was ripped off. First of all I thought I was buying hard wood but in fact it was enginerred hard wood (found out too late). The edges of this wood keep chipping off, scratches very easy, just had it installed and already have scratches. Can't beat the price but the quality stinks.. read full review »

I am writing to complain about my treatment at the hands of a calling card company. My husband is deployed to Nigeria and I can call him using a calling card. This morning I stopped at a Kangaroo Express gas station and purchased a $10 Call N' Carry rechargeable prepaid phone card. We placed a simple order for two crystal tumblers in December. As of March 1st we had not received anything despite numerous calls and assurances that "Your order will ship shortly". We finally complained loudly enough that we did receive a shipment after 3-1/2 months - and it had only one tumbler. Now the company will not return calls. Avoid doing any business with this company. Several weeks later, Bergdorfgoodman.com re-charged the item on my credit card, an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. I called and emailed them, but they gave me the runaround, not returning my calls. I purchased a gateway MX8711 in Aug of 07. I started having problems with laptop shorty after the 1yr warranty expired. At the 1yr, I contacted Gateway and as to purchased an extented warranty. I was told because I purchased the pc at Home Depot, they would not sell me extented warranty. Shorty after warrenty was up I took laptop to one of the best pc shops in town. I got an RMA from them and sent it back for replacement. They have more excuses than a Thanksgiving Day turkey for not honoring their 30 day warranty. I bought a Dell PC from Best Buy and the hard drive failed in less than two months. On returning to BB I found that they only covered the first 30 days and that I would have to contact Dell. Dell is now sending me a new drive. They use Seagates, which are not a very good drive, IMHO. I am wondering if it's just the Best Buy Dells which are now cheaply made and no longer high quality, or are all Dells this way? I will not deal with Best Buy again, nor will I buy a Dell. We bought a HP TV 52 inch about 3 years ago. The bulb has blown at least 3 times. They were initially good about fixing the problem and the last thing they did was actually replace the TV with a refurbished one. It worked about 5 months and the bulb blew again! Obviously this is a defect in the TV's. This time CS said they wouldn't do anything and I should be happy with all the free service I had received. First off, I shouldn't have had to have service. Well, I went to work for these guys a couple of weeks ago, although the guys on "Greensheet" (trade mag) told me not to. Well, the guys were right. I haven't been paid correctly, (they always seem to not credit me on something), they send me to businesses that tell me they didn't know I was coming and love to waste my time and cell phone air time. I have spent more time servicing accounts than selling and I've only been with them a few weeks. I am sending back the equipment they charge me for tomorrow. read full review »

Working with this company and their "product, " Chiro, 8000 is an ongoing nightmare. Courtney Holmes in Customer Service is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Their software is sub-standard, faulty (we had to return the 1st CD they sent us) and an utter joke. Biggest waste of $ our office has ever incurred. Spent almost 6 grand for the call king temper-pedic bed w/ the ergo bases and the steel bars at the end of the bed band hit my feet when the watch TV or read and I'm sightly ober 5 feet 8 inches tall and it hurts! If one cuts and makes the bar so it's not so high you void the warrenty. I have owned one before but Gustav ruined my condo and bed and had to buy a new 2009.
