I received an unsolicited phone call pertaining to credit card debt. When I told the rep I was not interested in the offer he presented which was to settle on debt at only 60% of the total, he became very condenscending. Especially after I informed him that the remaining 40% was taxed by the federal government as debt cancelation once the debt was settled. Placed order and several items were missing although packing slip claimed they were sent. I was even charged for two bottles of one oil (of which I only ordered one) and only received one. The person on the end of the phone was very pushy and became quite irrate when I said I wouldn't give over my bank details until I had discussed this with my friend.
