Hi, I went to Nakumatt and bought a Ramtons sandwich toaster which on the product cover and user manual stated that it had four types of plates. On unpacking it, it only had one type of plates and subsequent follow up with Nakumatt Holdings we were told that it comes with only one set of plates.
