I originally pt in a complaint abpout thhis company as i was having problems gaining a refund of my initial broker fee, through this site i recived messages from the company and was able to gain my refund to which i am thankful for i then asked for the complaint to bbe removed as it had been resolved and now when i look at my bank account statements i find that they are still removing an amount of 8.99 from my account which hhas been done twice already.I would like to know what this amount is for as i have told them to cancel it all as i no longer needed their help...be wary of this company and others like it read full review »

If you dont have patience for 10 times delivery for one product then dont buy from BRICK.
My worst experience with Brick is making me to warn everyone to not to go to BRICK.They bring wrong stuff then they change it to old one then they bring back a different model...Delivery system with Brick is the worst ive ever seen.If you try to go back to the sales person who was very sweet while selling will say ITS NOT MY PROBLEM???How will you take this attitude.The best part is after you suffer for two months with this delivery ...FRUSTRATED and... read full review »

I received a phone call from this company in december and was told that for a monthly fee of 45 pound i would get a good amount of entries into the euro lottery at a price of 0.05 each and was informed that the first payment would be taken from my bbank account on 14th of feb 2010 and that i could canncel my membership if i wished to at any time.They took thhe monthly fee out on the 1st of feb 2010 and i have since called them to cancel my mebership and have now bbeen informed thatt they will continue to take the 45 pound monthly fee out for... read full review »

I tried Rhino mart (rhinomart, rhinomart.com) for the first time last week (Feb 18, 2010). I placed an order and paid for an item they advertised as having in stock. In reality, they advertised something they did not have in stock (Gormiti figures). After I paid for my purchase and they had my money, I heard nothing from them for 4 days so I emailed them about the status of my order and they informed me the item, while advertised as available, was really not available. We are not happy with Accentive performance center, we tried out a free trial & was not pleased. I've not been able to remove your program. Every time we boot up, you keep comming up on my computer screen with, let us free up your errors, etc. etc. etc.with addtional products to try. Sir: this is over kill. The Omni2 Camera was in use and the start button fell off. The camera would not function after that. It has been repackaged and ready for warranty return and Exchange. I read the advertisement DVC Digital Camcorder with a $400.00 off coupon, leaving a balance of $89.95. Now Frederick J, Hanna has the account and has charged me a rediculous amount of fees. When the card was canceled the balance was on $600.00. The broker of Realty Advisors International, Inc and Realty Advisors International Investors Association, along with another company owner advised that I could give a wrap around mortgage in selling my property to a individual without notifying my mortgage company of the sale. The broker along with this other owner further called into question whether a current mortgage holder had a right to be notified with the wrap around mortgage. The broker and other owner went on to express the tax benefits of holding such a mortgage.

Took my elderly mother in law to Baptist Hospital for emergency operation. Emergency room was empty. Had to wait approximately six hours until physician ordered proper blood wook to have her admitted. When I bruised this doctors ego he had me thrown out of the hospital leaving both my mother and father in law stranded. The hospital would not let me be their for her operation leaving her both confused and distraut. I am their primary support. This hospital has no compassion. They have never apoligized or offered an explanation for their negligent actions. read full review »

This car lot sold my 18 year old son a 6, 000 car that broke down with in an hour of leaving the lot . The Owner wont do anything to fix it. HE Hung up on me and laughed about it. The car is shot and no money to fix it.The timing belt was bad and blew a head gasket. This man knew what he was doing. During this visit, I was the first car pulling up to an empty drive thru. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscut and a large hot mocha. I paid and moved up to pick up my order. My sandwich was ready, and I was asked to move forward for my coffee. As asked, I moved forward. After 5 additional customers processed thru the drive thru and 10 minutes passed, I still had not received my coffee. Enough Harrasment
This is a complaint for a Indane gas dealer called ( Nath Traders (gas agency) of Indian Oil Corp (Indane), Zamrudpur, New Delhi (near GK-I) New Delhi, Delhi 110048, INDIA) . This agency actually takes out and steals gas from the cylinders and deliver gas cylinders which weigh less. Infact both the phone numbers mentioned for booking gas have been always taken off the receivers and are never available for booking in the working hours.(011-29230474, 01129238762). This issue of deposit refunds from S & N Property developments, has been going on too long with no results. Yesterday I telephoned Mr, Nigel Zone and was told by him that I should check out the bankruptcy laws, as the company had gone into liquidation on "19 June 2009". That just happens to be 3 days after we were all told to vacate our accommodation, which I mentioned to him and added that it smacked of fraud against his tenants as he knew that the company was in difficulty.

He is such a rude person that we made an appointment with him in advance, I arrive 10 min. earlier than the scheduled time, he showed me a black face without greeting me. I wait for 15 min. in the waiting area, then go to his office and ask about the appointment, he said he is running late and understand if I can't wait, so I left immediately.
What kind of attitude is that?

DO NOT USE 999inks.. I placed an order in January, and 10 days later am still waiting for the goods to be delivered. Numerous phone calls and e mails and am still waiting for a response. Managed to get through on one phone call to be told they had had a technical error and was going to post it first class (that was 7 days ago). Purchased Nirvana Laminate flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Pittsburgh PA. Once purchased was told all sales were final - no returns. Prior to instaLlation my contractor and myself realized just how inferior this product was. The floor crumbled in my hands with little pressure- but I was stuck - I couldnt return the product! What to do? So I installed it. My daughter dropped a plastic hairbrush and the floor dented and the wood grain covering peeled off. This floor is simply pitiful. This company charged me $2000 for a website. After 6 months when it was not done and I got angry, they posted my web site for 3 days then removed it when I complained that certain agreed upon aspects of the site were not done.
As a small business owner, this is a lot of money for me to pay to someone who controls the domain name and can just pull it at their discretion.

They approved us for $50, 000.00 with a down payment of $1, 700.00 and no mortgage payment for 6mos!! We sent the money Western Union. They received the money and were supose to send us our welcome packet threw FedEx.
