The lens had drop out my spectacles that I had bought at Specsavers Green Street Neath. What had happened the screw had come away from the lens holder consequently the lens fell out and was step on, this was a manufacturing fault. On 8/23/09 I rented a 14' truck from the Thomson Ave, Ventura Ca site.which is close to my new residence. The CS Reps in the branches are not properly educated about the bank policies and/or products at times and information is always conflicting.
