contracted w/them to install sod; the quality of the sod was horrible we wound up taking them to small claims court. It was obvious they had been there many times before as the guy sure sounded like an attorney - we are senior citizens with no experience in court. Unfortunately, the judge ruled against us as we were not prepared properly. Looking at the court records, this company has been sued many times before.
