Citizen automobile finance took more out of my account than authorized by me due to late charges however the late charges were not my error but theres and now they say they can not refund the amount owed back to me. I ordered blinds from AMERICAN BLINDS on March 19, 2010 and was given a shipping date in April. The blinds were paid for but have not been delivered to date, June 12, 2010. Several excuses were given for the failure of subsequent shipping dates, ranging from the order being shipped to the wrong address, to the order being lost, and the difficulty of shipping back to Mexico to check for damage. This company closed, and then someone else register their website which is http://www.ziggobay.com with the ip range in UK, looked at the servers after got scammed and they register website about months ago. Unfortunately, they look pretty trustful, they even have online support which is only one person called MARKUS. Ziggo bay not have any phone to directly contact customer, they said to me they are changing they phone and are not able to say any way to contact them by phone, only email or online chat. He has changed time cards, refused access to time cards, restricted breaks while still clocking you out for one, and generally not paying you what you have earned. Don't try to take it up with him.
