Sewage backed up into my basement from a broken sewage pipe. When the plumber came out he said the pipe had broken and needed to be replaced. My house was built in 1942 and the sewage pipes were made of concrete which was typical for the area. The plumber told us the lifetime of these type of pipes is 60 years. At 6:30 pm on a friday the hot food section which usually stocks an astounding 4 choices (sarcasm), hit a new low by having the entire racks cleaned out with the exeption of a few scraps of dried chicken and a couple of questionable hot franks.
