On 10/13/09 I filed a claim at Bonco Popular. They gave me provisional credit, and on 11/13/09 the bank toke it back. The only thing was that I opened up a unsecure credit card for $500.00 dollars. So they toke the money from the credit account and gave my the balance. They also claimed that the money from the credit card account was not in the bank and they had to send me a check. My HP Plasma 42 Inch TV has sound but no picture. It has problem from day one. I called HP and they sent technician twice. Third time I wanted them to replace TV, they replaced some board. It worked fine for EXACTLY 44 months. I hardly used this TV. We got it for close to 1500$ from best buy. Now when my kids were watching dora, picture died but voice is ok. I called technician and he charged me $60 to say that some Y board is gone and it need to be replaced. He wants 500 for board and his fixing cost of 80 making it 580$. I am totally upset. I ordered two Fig trees from Willis Orchard through Google ordering system. Also in the order was some trees for Fall delivery. I received the two Fig Trees Bare feet. As any one with a dash of salt knowledge about trees knows that Bare feet trees are in a shock and need recovery. Unfortunately I did not have this Dash of salt. Called in to place an order and was put on hold for 30 mins. When I finally got through I asked Gary (the manager) for the corporate number and he hung up on me. So I drove up to the window and asked him for the number again and he argued with me and refused to give me the number.He then told me to find it myself. I made a reservation at the Yatel Motel for the first weekend in July. I was informed when making the reservation that they had a 48 hour cancellation policy. I became sick and couldn't make the trip so I called 54 hours ahead of time to cancel. I spoke to a man who took my cancellation and when I asked if If there was anything else I needed to do, he said no. Much to my surprise they debited my checking account for $69.12. When I protested the charge with my bank - they said that if I had canceled, I would have a cancellation number. But he never gave me one(on purpose?) These people are crooks. Net 10 has no idea what customer service is. They tie you up on the phone for 45 minutes or more tying to resolve complaints. I tried to switch my old phone for a newer model. This company is horrible!!! Horrible!!! They shipped this in a cardboard box, with paper and just one "ice pack". This chocolate will not make it anywhere in the original condition. When I received it, it was completed melted. There are many ways to ensure chocolate makes it to a destination without melting (i.e. dry ice, foam containers, etc), but this company is too cheap and too inconsiderate to use any of those. We paid Sunshine Van Lines 4100.00 to move our furniture to Knoxville, TN. The delivery date was suppose to be 8/29/10 - they showed up on 9/2/10. They gave us the run around about the delivery date. I had my loan modified about 5 months ago. Yet I still am listed in foreclosure. And eveytime I call they say there working on repairing the error. Keep making your payments. I recieved default letters, certified and regular all the time. They are dragging there feet to modify my loan papers and send me a new one with the new payment schedule. Purchased Kenmore Dehumidifier in Sept 05 - Came with 5 year warranty on compressor. Compressor failed in summer of 2010 - still under warranty.
